Returns and Exchanges:


  • Please check your shipment when received. Any shortages should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

  • If a package is damaged during shipment; it should be noted in writing to the carrier upon receipt of the package.

  • Please contact both PARSONS foto source and the shipping company in the event of a problem.

  • All packages are insured for the full value of the shipment.

  • We offer a 14 day refund and a 30 day exchange opportunity for most merchandise purchased from us.

  • All items considered for refund or exchange must be in new condition complete with parts, software and manuals

  • All on-line returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, upon examination of the goods returned. All items returned or exchanged must be in the complete manufacturer's packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
